1. All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

2. We reserve the right to update product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment verification.

4. We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be introduced in the future.

5. Delivery is estimated within 5–7 business days. However, delays due to courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

6. As we deal in food products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Refunds will only be provided for damaged, incorrect, or missing products after verification.

7. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact information.

9. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these terms is suspected.

10. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
